Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products offered by Ceditorial, no refunds or returns are issued once the purchase is complete and the PDF file has been received.

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

A verifiable technical error that prevents the file from being downloaded.

A damaged or incorrect file that cannot be replaced.

To request assistance, the customer must contact ceditorials@gmail.com within a reasonable time after purchase.
